Thomas, Donald Johnston –

Suddenly at Markham Stouffville Hospital on Monday April 16, 2018. Don was born in Markham on January 12, 1931 to Herbert and Catherine Thomas. Don is survived by his wife Doris (Woodland) of 56 years, his son Bradley (Sally), his son Grant (Melaine) and his two granddaughters Rachel and Hannah. Don was predeceased by his brother Robert Thomas and brother-in-law Norman Tapscott. He leaves behind sister-in-law Edna Thomas, sister Betty Tapscott, brother Jim Thomas (Jean) and many nieces and nephews. Friends will be received at the Dixon Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St. N. (Markham Rd.) Markham on Wednesday April 18 from 2-4 and 7-9 pm. Service in the chapel on Thursday at 11 am. In lieu of flowers donations to Markham-Stouffville Hospital would be appreciated.
