I was so shocked to hear of Kathy passing. I so much enjoyed being her bridge partner in our marathon bridge games. She was such a caring and genuine person. My thoughts are with Doug and the family.

We will fondly remember our many years of friendship our families had together through the years. Kathy and I spent many happy afternoons on the front lawn watching the children play. Our first few years in Ajax were very special.

I met Kathy first perhaps 30 years ago at the Markham Newcomers Club, saw her in the bank, and here and there. So, not close friends, but she was truly special, and I will miss her...
