Dear Larry, Suzanne, Don, Sarah and Daniel,
We're really sorry for your loss. Hazel was a treasure. She had a quick wit, a bright smile and a sparkle in her eye. She loved you all so much and was very proud of you. She was very blessed to have such a loving family around her to the very end. I pray you will all see Hazel again in Heaven one day.
