My deepest condolences to your family!! I taught with Maureen at Lynnwood Heights and have many, many fond memories; especially her amazing stories! She always made us laugh through lunch no matter what challenges we were facing in the classroom. I missed her dearly when she retired and had hoped she would be able to join us for our Lynnwwod Heights get togethers but she was so devoted to her family that she was always busy spending time with them. Nevertheless she will always be one of the Lynnwood Ladies!!

I worked with Maureen at Lynnwood Heights.
She had the greatest sense of humour and could always make laugh. I enjoyed her company while also spending time away from work with the "Lynnwood Ladies" where I got to know Maureen on a more personal level. She was very much in love with her hubby and was so proud of her children and grandchildren, sharing snippets of their lives with us, always beaming from ear to ear as she spoke of them.
My deepest condolences to her family, may all your wonderful memories help to get you through this difficult time.

Dear Laura, Anthony, Sammy, Jacob, Dave, Sarah, Jake, Jessie and jordyn,
Sending so much love and strength to you during such a difficult time. Your mama was one of the best ladies I had the honour of calling my friend. I will hang on tight to our times that we shared laughing with one another. Forever grateful to have had a wonderful visit with her and to see that beautiful soul of hers shine, despite the pain and the fear. I will forever remember your mama when I hear frosty the snowman, and when I see kalen Allen who was on the Ellen show that day! Thank you for allowing me such precious time with her.
Here for you as you navigate this journey.
Love Julia and the rest of my crew who love you all so much xo

I was principal at Lynnwood Heights and worked closely with Maureen. It was a small school and we all worked closely. We were a small family! She was a wonderful teacher who always made sure the children were her priority. No matter the challenge Maureen was always able to excel, endure and smile about it. She was a kind, caring person who will be sadly missed by her colleagues. My thoughts are with the family at this time of sadness. May her legacy be a comfort to all. Lynne

Dear Family,
I was the French Teacher at Lynnwood Heights for 28 years, and taught along side Maureen.
She was one of the most upbeat, optimistic, fun people to ever grace that staff.
She always had a smile on her face, a laugh in her voice and went out of her way to please others,
She was a delight to be around, and always made me laugh,
She was adored by her students.
It's her joie de vivre, her sparkling eyes, and the laughter we shared...that I will always miss and remember.

David, Laura and Family,
It has been a long journey for all of you since last June. We , in turn, have lost two of the greatest neighbour's in that time span. We have also witnessed the dedication and love that your family has for each other. That is a testament to the core life values that your Mom and Dad instilled in each of you. There is never an easy way to accept the loss of parents, but they have provided you with the strength, knowledge, and of course , very fond family memories .

I love you SO much, mom. Thank you for making me the man I am today, and for showing me how to love, care and be a great parent. Take care of Dad for us, ok... I know that he dearly missed you, and that you dearly missed him, and we are all ok now here knowing that you and he are together again, holding each other. Tell him that we love him and that we say hi. Love you very much, mom. Dave
