My sincerest condolences to your family. I only met Pierre a couple of times in Orillia, but he had such a charisma about him. It felt like I've known him for a very long time. I am grateful that I got to trade ideas with Pierre and that he generously shared his vast knowledge of Real Estate Investment with me. I know better than to say I'll invest in this "Commercial Property." I recall him promptly correcting me to say,"Commercial Multi-Family, Commercial Retail, or Commercial Office," depending on what we were talking about. I am a better investor for it! Pierre will certainly be missed in our industry.

Dear Claude & Family
Much aggrieved to learn of the passing of your dear father, Pierre. He was a remarkable realtor, well-versed in his trade and well-liked and respected by Clients, suppliers and patrons alike.
Our thoughts are with you at this delicate time. I can completely relate as I lost my own father and teacher 10 years ago. I am sure he equipped you equally in passing the torch, so rest assured you will get through this and land on your feet. If there is anything we can do for you at this time, please let us know.
Sincerely
