I had the pleasure of being one of Mrs Read's students back in 2006. She was truly an inspiration, devoted to her student's success and well-being. I know that she touched the lives of many. My condolences to her family.

An infectious smile, a vibrant energy, joy and love whenever she spoke of her partner and children...these are just some of what I will miss so much about Pam. I will always treasure my moments standing beside Pam in choir as we swayed together to the music, with Pam lightly tapping her hips to the beat as we shared our joy of singing.
May Pam's beautiful soul be in a place where her vibrancy and joy will shine on, a place that fills her soul with music.

We were neighbors for many years and Pam always had a friendly smile and a wave. I canvassed every year for kidney and Pam was always generous. A couple of years ago I went to the door and Randy answered, and after my speeche he said no. Well the next time i went Pam and Randy were there and Pam explained to me she had told Randy to always give me a donation. Sorry Randy I thought it was a good story. Next time I went to the door Pam said you have to read this an article in the paper about her son, the smile on her face was huge. The next time I saw Pam on the street her smile huge again was waiting for the arrival of her first grandchild. To the family your grief will take a while to lessen, but it will and then just smiles thinking of happy times.

I was so saddened to hear about Pam. She was a teacher on our staff who I had a great deal of respect for. She was passionate about her students’ learning and was a dedicated educator up until her day of retirement and after when she returned to volunteer. She knew her students so well! Tonight, when you look up into the dark sky, there is a star shining brighter than all the rest. RIP Pam. My thoughts are with all of you.

Dearest Robyn and David. We were very shocked and saddened to receive your phone call that Pam had passed away so suddenly. We looked forward to her notes to us filling us in on what you were both up to and also how proud she was. Our only regret is that we didn’t see each other that often and for that we are sorry. Michael often shares the stories and photos of growing up with your uncles and misses Brad very much. Please know that we are praying for you and take comfort knowing that your parents are reunited and will always be your guardian angels!!

Dearest Pam, the news of your untimely passing is truly overwhelming & heartbreaking. A beautiful human being, a loving, devoted friend, taken from us much too soon. The reality of this tragic loss is painful & difficult to come to terms with. I will always remember you & forever cherish the memories of lunches & dinners, birthdays & other fun togethers with our little group of retired Bayview Hill ladies. I love you Pam! RIP

A ray of Sunshine. A light on a gloomy day. Tapping, swaying and singing along with her choir sisters. Choir nights will not be the same.
I worked in Pam's garden quite often. She was just as sweet then. She'd wait for me to have my lunch so we could eat and chat and catch up.
The Angels came far too soon for this sweet lady.
Rest in Peace Pam. x
