Obituary of Rudolf Kessel

KESSEL, Rudy - Passed away peacefully at Markham Stouffville Hospital, on Thursday, December 19, 2013 in his 87th year, after a courageous battle with cancer. He will be deeply missed by family and friends. Beloved father of Joanne Kessel, Tom Kessel, Rudy (Tanya) Kessel and Darlene (Derek) Pearce. Survived by his sister Shirley Otis, who will sadly miss her brother. Fondly remembered by his grandchildren, Gary, Tommy Jr., Kevin, Crystal, Vanessa, Ryan, Tyler, Chantelle, Robyn and great grandchildren. Friends will be received at DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham, on Sunday, December 22, 2013 from 2-4 p.m. and 7-9 p.m. Funeral Mass to be held at St. Patrick`s Parish, 5633 Hwy 7, on Monday at 11 a.m. Special thanks to Doctor Trinkaus, Doctor Patterson and staff at Markham Stouffville Hospital as well as staff of The Royal Victoria Hospital in Barrie.
