Died peacefully on November 2, 2013. Loving wife of the late John Twohig (1970). Beloved mother of Margo, Cora, Brian, Carmel (Norman Manara), John (Kim), and Ann. Cherished grandmother of Katie (Daniele), Michael (Mariah), Daniel, Sheena (Stu), Sean-Dillon, Connor (Shauna), Spencer, Astaire and Patrick. Proud great-grandmother of Rubee, Nelson, Beatrice, Delilah, and Odetta. Dear sister of Brian Dill, Banduff House, Cork, Ireland. Her strength of character and deep faith sustained her throughout her life. Special thanks to the caring staff at Amica at Swan Lake. Friends may be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North (Markham Road), Markham on Wednesday, November 6 from 4-8 p.m. Funeral Mass will be held at St. Patrick's Parish, 5633 Hwy. 7, Markham, on Thursday at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers the family requests donations to be made to a charity of your choice.
