Obituary of Jack Hildebrand

Hildebrand, Jack Ross Veteran of WWII. Passed away peacefully on August 24, 2013, surrounded by family in his 90th year. Loving master to his best friend Tiki. Loved father of John, Rob both of Unionville and Bonnie (Joe) Hotson of Grand Bend. Pre-deceased by wife Nonie (1989) and son Doug (2011). Loved Grandpa of Cindy (Andrew), Jennifer (James), Bobby, Justin, Jeff, Jamie, Josh and Great-Grandpa Jack to Connor and Brayden. Fondly remembered by Gwyn, Karen, Wendy and nieces Heather, Susan, Kim and Sharon. With his father Roy and brother Bud, he founded J B & D Company Ltd. in Unionville and operated it with them and later his 3 sons for over 65 years. Friends will be received at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St. North (Markham Rd.) Markham on Monday, September 2nd from 7-9 pm and on Tuesday, September 3rd from 10-11am with Funeral Service following in the Chapel at 11am. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery. Followed by a Reception. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation or to a charity of your choice.
