BURKHOLDER, Elmer H. - Passed away peacefully in his sleep at Parkview Home on Tuesday, July 9, 2013 in his 91st year. Husband of the late Carrie. Dear father of Ruth, Katherine (Ray), James (Donna), Richard (Karen) and Lois (Mark). Loving grandfather of 18 and great-grandfather of 5. Survived by brother Dr. Joseph Burkholder (Helen) and sister-in-law Ellen. Predeceased by brothers Allen, John and Elvon. Friends will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Road) Markham, on Sunday from 3-5 and 7-9 p.m. Graveside Service at 11 a.m. on Monday at Wideman Cemetery with Funeral Service to follow at Wideman Mennonite Church, 10530 Highway 48, Markham.
