Percy Shirley:

We would like to celebrate Shirley's 84 years of life. Shirley passed peacefully with her family by her side on Thursday, April 18th, 2013. She was a wonderful mother to four daughters : Debbie (Hal) Lumley, Dale (Peter) Viccary, Patti (Rob) Ellis and Lisa (John) Gibb. A devoted grandmother to Shauna (Joe), Renee, Dustin, Carling (Doug), Shane (Katy), Brooke (Kyle), Brieh (Sam), Corey (Chelsie), Adam, Lindsey and great grandmother to Owen, Mya, Avery, Iyla and Addison. She was predeceased by her beloved spouse George (Spark) and survived by caring partner Gerry, a loving sister and friend to many. Shirley will be sadly missed but her memories will be treasured forever.

Family and friends will be received at the Dixon-garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street North, Markham, on Monday April 22nd, 2013 at 1:00 pm until the time of the service in the Chapel at 2:00 pm.

In lieu of flowers, donation to The Parkinson' Society or Woodhaven's LTC facilities Geriatric Complex Needs and Palliative Care Education Fund would be appreciated.
