Obituary of Gary Alexander

ALEXANDER Gary James - Passed away peacefully at Southlake Regional Health Centre after a short battle with cancer on Sunday November 19th 2017 at the age of 76. Long time employee for the Town of Markham. Gary will be sadly missed by his wife Doreen with whom he shared 56 loving years. Loving father to Ray (Debbie), Ken (Rebecca), predeceased by his two children Jim and Teresa. Beloved papa to Joshua, Melissa, Kevin, Amanda, Ashley, and Mathew. Great Papa to Olivia. Friends and Family will be received at the DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME 166 Main Street North (Markham Rd) Markham on Thursday November 23 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Funeral Service will take place in the chapel on Friday November 24th at 12 noon. Reception to follow. Burial at Stouffville Cemetery. In lieu of flowers donations made to Ontario Lung Association would be appreciated by the family.
