Obituary of Virginia Quance

QUANCE, Virginia Feild January 24, 1933 - November 17, 2017 Passed away peacefully in her sleep in her 85th year. Loving wife of the late Richard Gordon Quance. Devoted mother to Rick (Jenny), Laurie, Dianne (Dave). Caring Grandmother to Todd, Richelle, Kelly, Kyle, James, Ricky, Danny, Lester, and Leslie. Loving Great-Grandmother to Reilly, Alex, Olivia, Haley, Emma, Amy, Katie, Chris, Oliver, and Harper and Great-Great-Grandmother Aaliyah and Valentina. Virginia was dedicated to her family and friends. She loved gardening, cards, going to the cottage, her time in Florida, and any occasions she was surround by family. She spent endless hours supporting her children and grandchildren in all their activities, especially hockey. Visitation will be held at DIXON-GARLAND FUNERAL HOME, 166 Main St. N. (Markham Rd.), Markham on Tuesday, November 21, 2017 from 11am-1pm. Service to follow in the Chapel at 1pm. Interment at Elmwood Cemetery. Donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
