I had the honour of working for Jim in 52 Division as a young officer. Jim's mentorship would help lay a solid foundation for me to use throughout my career. When his son Stewart joined the service and I got to know him, you could see Jim had a positive influence on Stewart becoming a police officer. My condolences to the Kellock Family.
