He is survived by his children Stephen, Anne (Ron), & Laura; and his granddaughter Aimee (Seb). As well as in-laws, nieces, nephews & many friends, & colleagues.Larry lived a full & rich life. He expressed he had few regrets and counted himself one of the lucky ones.
He had the luxury of living around the world and experiencing many wonderous things growing up. Larry met his wife, Carolyn, during a jazz concert - as he always said ‘he looked across the room and saw the most beautiful girl’.
They married and settled in Markham & had 3 (wonderful) kids. Larry was devoted his wife and cared for her until her death a few months after their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Larry was an avid outdoorsman. Camping, canoeing, kayaking, hiking all brought him joy & which he shared with, and instilled in, family and friends. His love of all animals - both pets and wild ones - was something passed on to his children & granddaughter. He also enjoyed reading, maps, chess, walking on the beach and swimming.
