Obituary of Sonja Sofia Burchert

BURCHERT, Sonja Sofia  (nee Procyk)

Passed away peacefully at St. Joseph’s Health Centre on December 1, 2025, in her 94^th year. Predeceased by her husbands, Adam Reichhardt and Erwin Burchert. Beloved mother of Frank and his wife, Andrea, and stepmother to Erwin’s children. Proud grandmother of Marcus and Justin. Sonja was the loving daughter of Nikolaus and Adeline. In keeping with Sonja’s wishes, a private funeral service will be held at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home on Friday, December 5, 2025, at 11:30 am. Cremation will occur after the service. Our family would like to thank Dr. Gutman and the staff at St. Joe’s for their compassionate care. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society
