Passed away peacefully at home in March 2025, at the age of 96 — one day short of her 97th birthday. Predeceased by her husband, Dave. Survived by her daughters, Sue (Rusty) and Glynis (Richard), as well as her grandchildren and friends. Born and raised in Victoria Harbour and a longtime resident of Markham, Dorothy enjoyed gardening, traveling with her husband, and socializing with friends and family.

A celebration of life will be held at Dixon-Garland Funeral Home on Friday, July 25th, with visitation at 1:00 p.m., followed by a service and reception.
