Carol Anne Spence (Osborn), a beloved sister, wife, mother, aunt, grandmother, and friend, passed away peacefully on June 10, 2025, after a courageous battle with cancer. Her strength, grace, and unwavering love for her family remained constant throughout her journey.

Carol lived a full and joyful life marked by the things she loved most. Whether tending to her garden, globetrotting with the trekkers, enjoying a day on the golf course, whining and dining, or gathering around the bridge table with friends, Carol approached each moment with warmth, laughter, and a generous heart. She had a deep appreciation for life's simple pleasures such as spending time near the water, and had a remarkable ability to bring people together.

Above all, Carol cherished her family. She leaves behind her husband John, her beloved daughter Kathryn and son-in-law Rob, and her treasured grandchildren, Chloe and Spencer, who brought her endless pride and joy.

Carol's legacy is one of love, resilience, and an enduring spirit. Her memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.

A service will be held in her honor at Dixon-Garland Funeral home in Markham on Monday, June 16^th 2025. Visitation will be held from 1:00 – 2:30 followed by a short service and reception to follow. In honor of Carol’s spirit and zest for life, the family would request that those attending her celebration of life wear clothing that reflects these values.

She will be deeply missed and forever remembered.
