Very sad to hear of the passing of Kathy. I have very fond memories of our early lives together at St. Thomas High School. We were a tight group of friends, passing through adolescence together. She was liked by so many, very charismatic, we were all heartbroken when she moved to BC. We had so much fun as cheerleaders ... You can't beat the green machine! Also recall her lovely family, driving the girls to ringette games in that green van. Her mother was especially kind to me when having my own family struggles at home. It was clear she came from a very grounded and strong family culture. She made a strong impression on all who met her, and a left deep mark on me as well. Condolences to her family and loved ones.
