Deeply saddened to hear about Peter’s passing. A dog walk at the park was always enhanced by running into Peter and Presley. Sometimes we would chat for almost an hour, especially if our two United’s had just played.
Lots of banter. He told me about going to University in Manchester, and about his family, and his love of golf.
Truly lovely man. Up the hammers!

We were so shocked and saddened to hear of Peter's sudden passing, and send our most sincere condolences to Jacqui and his children for their tragic loss.
Peter was a great neighbour and good friend for over 40 years - one of the world's genuinely nice perople. In the early days we wouldn't see each other for years while we were away because of work assignments, but would come home and immediately reconnect. As the years went by we would swap notes about our childrens successess, our golf game disasters and, in the last couple of years, how much titanium we had holding us together.
We will miss our friend Peter greatly. Rest in peace.

To : Jackie and family,
Our memories of Peter will always be very pleasant and significant ones. He represented the best in character, in manner and in genuine goodness and was a unique person in so many ways; a man of substance and conviction, a great neighbour whose company was always desirable. One always felt better after time spent with Peter as he always radiated a caring and interest in all those he interacted with, always focussing on their better angles. We were all blessed having interacted with his life of great worth and grace. Well done Peter! You truly made this world a better place and you will be dearly missed.
Sincerely and with deep sympathy, Tom, Kathleen, Aislinn and Avery O’Leary
