My sincere condolences to Jacquie, Chrissy and Tannis. Tom and I shared many conversations while we worked both the desks at the Markham Senior Centre. He was a kind man and we enjoyed a laugh or two. May your memories give you comfort at this difficult time.

Unfortunately Tom’s family and friends have to say goodbye to a very special man and a dear and loyal, friend. My sincere condolences to Jacquie, Chrissy and Tannis. I am saddened by the loss of my friend and the moments we shared will echo forever. Susan and I will miss your quick wit, your impish smile and the twinkle in your eyes when you crack inappropriate jokes. The Tuesday night dinner group will forever feel the void. I looked forward to playing euchre with you Wednesdays at the club and I also loved to berate you when you were my opposition and always had the right bower. Some of Tom’s friends may not know he initiated our Thursday morning shopping adventures as we scanned the aisles of various supermarkets with our lists and coupons in search of bargains. The past 6½ months have been heart retching as Tom fought a myriad of medical issues but I take solace in the fact he is now free of pain and at peace. Tom, you may no longer be here to reminisce but your friendship will support me for the rest of my life. Wayne & Susan Crawford

Our sincerest condolences to Jacquie, Chrissy, Tannis, and all of your families. I have so many wonderful memories of Tom and the shenanigans he was always up for. We shared countless laughs and great times at the cottage. He was a kind, sincere gentleman who adored his wife and family like no other. Truly one of a kind!.
