Chuck was a wonderful human being. He cared about everyone and made sure to give compliment's all around. He had a lot of friends at Russell Hill. Probably because his good mood was infectious and he loved to tell stories about his life experiences and particularly about the Tornado he witnessed. He was so proud of his family...all of you.
