Bramfitt, Jean Evelyn – Suddenly passed away at MacKenzie Health, Richmond Hill on Thursday January 4, 2018 in her 88^th year. Beloved wife of Peter. Dear mother of Gary (Nancy), Gaynor (Dave) and Michelle (George ). Loving grandmother of Heidi, Carlee, Grace, Spencer, Lucas,  Aidan and great grandchild Beatrice. Predeceased by her brother Derek Smith.  Family will receive friends at the Dixon Garland Funeral Home 166 Main St N. Markham on Thursday January 11 from 10 am until time of Memorial Service in the chapel at 11 am. If desired donations may be made to the Heart and Stroke Foundation.
