Obituary of Wilfred Tunney

Tunney, Wilfred Frank : Veteran of WWII, P.O.W. of Dieppe, & former Markham Postmaster. At Parkview Home on Monday, September 17, 2012 in his 92nd year. Beloved husband of Joan. Dear father of Norman (Marie), Douglas (Jennifer), Frances (Murray) and Stephen (Cheryl). He will be missed by his grandchildren and great grandchildren. Friends will be received at the Dixon-Garland Funeral Home, 166 Main Street N. (Markham Rd.) Markham, on Wednesday from 2-4 & 7-9 pm. Service in the Chapel on Thursday at 11am. Interment Elmwood Cemetery.
